Sven is a talented individual who has had a lifelong interest in quality food and beverage, the hospitality industry, and the latest culinary trends.

An experienced communicative host who works hard to cultivate a high profile with guests, and possesses a strong understanding of financial margins and controls.

He considers himself to be a beating heart of bar & restaurant's success.

In Thailand Sven has worked for 5 years with The Water Library Hospitality Group and since then has spent a year as manager at Hemingway's in Soi 11.
